Election Night and Bitcoin: Two Questions

The Poignant Question

Do you remember election nights 2012 and 2016?

The Trick Question

Now here is the trick question: How much was bitcoin worth on each of those election nights?

If you are like most people, you probably never heard of bitcoin at that time. Bitcoin has finally reached the mainstream financial markets this year and it is slowly creeping into the media and the general public’s consciousness. Yet most people are still not involved in bitcoin. So why does this matter to you?

The Answer

Is This Trick or Treat or April Fools?

This is not a trick and bitcoin investors are not fooling. The only ones playing the fool are those who still have not interested themselves in education about bitcoin. Here are a few salient points to consider:

· Mainstream public companies in the U.S. are beginning to store their reserve capital in bitcoin.

· The U.S., after being the slowest international player for crypto legislation, has officially allowed all U.S. banks to offer bitcoin and other cryptocurrency services to customers.

· World central banks are inviting inflation upon their economies for decades, while bitcoin is deflationary. (Didn’t know that ?— time to get some education!)

· Bitcoin is perfectly legal and very profitable for the long-term holder.

It’s Time

It is time for you to start googling bitcoin until you find an informational website which can help you begin your own bitcoin journey. There are good articles many on Medium too. Happy sailing!
